Every domain runs the same three-stage structure. Here's what each stage looks like for Data Analytics.

STAGE 01 Week 1–2 · Training

SQL and data modelling

Weeks 1-2. You write 50+ SQL queries on a real (anonymised) dataset. Mentor grades you on whether your joins are correct, your aggregations make sense, and your code would survive a code review at a real company.

STAGE 02 Week 3–4 · On-the-Job Training

Exploratory analysis with rigour

Weeks 3-4. You pick a question, run the analysis, write up the findings. Mentor pushes you on statistical rigour — when is a difference real, when is it noise?

STAGE 03 Month 2–3 · Development

Live dashboard and writeup

Months 2-3. You build a live dashboard (Metabase, Streamlit, or custom), publish a writeup of your methodology, and present it to the cohort. No hand-waving allowed.
